RSS (or Really Simple Syndication) is a web feed that delivers news from Advantage West Midlands direct to your computer, updated every time new stories are added. You can click on the headlines to open each story.How do you use RSS?

Once you have selected and installed your reader, click on the subject link attached and copy the web address of the page that loads into the "created new feeds" section of your reader.
